This Maui Parkshore offers budget lodging across the street from Kamaole III, the largest of three public park beaches, and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Like all beaches in South Maui Kam III is largely uncrowded. There is good snorkeling among rocks and coral, a protected beach with grassy lawn and children's playground. The guests can enjoy comfortable, spacious living units without much in the way of hotel amenities, aside from the pool, saunas, shuffleboard court, and barbecue grills. There are four floors and elevator access. All condos are the same two-bedroom two-bath. Some have been remodeled. All rooms have ceiling fans.
