| The historic Hotel Atwater was built in the 1920's and is half a block from Avalon Bay and the Green Pleasure Pier. Hotel amenities include baggage service to and from Avalon boat landing and complimentary storage for dive gear, mountain bikes, and luggage. There are outdoor rinse-off showers for divers. All rooms are on the second and third floor of the property and accessible by stairs only. Rooms feature coffee, air-conditioning, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, and cable TV with free HBO and Showtime. Please note: Hotel Atwater is closed for the winter season except for the following dates: March 9-11, 17-18, 31; April 1, 7-8, 14-15, 21-22, 28-29; re-opening full time May 5. |
