- 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome 16 this three level, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome is completely remodeled with all new furniture, carpeting, etc. the ground level has an area with a dining area and quaint kitchen that is fully-equipped. there are also three televisions, a vcr, and a dvd player in the unit. unit bedding includes one queen sleeper sofa on the ground level, one queen bed in the second level bedroom, one double plus twin in the small room on the third level, and two twin beds in the 2nd room on the third level. max guests- 8. 35.00 cleaning fee applies to unit. unit amenities- non-smoking pets not allowed blender coffee pot dvd gas fireplace kitchen fully equipped microwave patio refrigerator tv vcr views.
